21 June 2015
Now a firm fixture on the 1610 running event calendar, 1610 Ltd are delighted to announce that entries are now open for the Cary Canter 10k at Caryford Fitness & Leisure.
This multi-terrain 10k has a tough undulating route taking in breathtaking views of Glastonbury Tor, King Alfred’s Tower and Bruton Lodge Hill Fort. Regular participants love this event for its mixture of surfaces and terrain with a few hills thrown in. So, come and test yourself against the toughest terrain that Castle Cary has to offer!
Bring the whole family and make a morning of it! We have lots of activities on for families and spectators including zorb balls, soft play, 1k fun run, racquet sports and bouncy castle.
The Cary Canter 10k is part of the 1610 Race Series, consisting of three 10k races, two sprint triathlons and a duathlon across the counties of Somerset, Devon and Dorset. Enter as many of the races as you choose or take on the challenge of the whole series! Are you up for the challenge?
